Hometown Heroes for Special Needs is a New Jersey based organization helping families with special needs. Founder Scott D’Antonio brings together local contractors to help families with much needed repairs. Their work can be seen on the TV show, Hometown Heroes on NJ On Air — and now he’s releasing a new song, backed by a talented group of kids.
