Indoor Dining Restrictions with Senator Anthony Bucco

It’s no secret that New Jersey restaurants and bars have been struggling with the lockdowns in place since early 2020. Over the summer we saw many restaurants with outdoor seating and tents. But, with the cold weather and operating under limited indoor occupancy, we’ve seen many closing their doors for good. The Governor announced Wednesday that indoor dining capacity limits will be raised from 25% to 35% and the 10 p.m. curfew will be lifted in advance of the Super Bowl. On the frontline of the fight to re-open restaurants is Senator Anthony Bucco.
