This morning, we’re spotlighting an organization making a real difference for young people right here in New Jersey, by focusing on mentorship, leadership, and violence prevention.

Joining us is Lewis Spears, Executive Director of Kismet of Kings, a Jersey City–based organization working to support young men through positive male role models and consistent community mentorship. Lewis was also honored last year with the Russ Berrie Making a Difference Award, and this year, that award is turning its focus to Gen Z changemakers.
