Dmitriy Piyevskiy is a sports photographer behind DVP Photography, covering sporting events throughout New Jersey and the surrounding area. Dmitriy has a passion for capturing the intensity, emotion, and unforgettable moments that make live sports special. His favorite sports to photograph are hockey, football, and lacrosse — sports where the speed, physicality, action, and emotion create endless opportunities to capture the story of the game. He enjoys being on the sidelines, where a moment can happen in a split second and a photograph can bring the energy of the game to life.

Dmitriy has photographed a wide variety of sporting events at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels, including major soccer event at MetLife Stadium, competitive tournaments, and athletic events throughout the region.

A passionate New Jersey Devils fan since 1992, one of his biggest dreams as a photographer is to one day photograph a Devils game and see the team he has followed for more than 30 years from behind the lens. For Dmitriy, sports photography is a way to combine his love of sports with his passion for capturing the moments, emotions, and stories that make each game unique.
