Evelina Chimidova had 11 kills and Sydney Savage recorded six aces to help lead Jackson Township to a dominating 3-0 (25-12, 25-10, 25-10) win over New Brunswick in the opening round of the 2025 NJSIAA Girls Volleyball Central Jersey, Group 4 playoffs on Nov. 3, 2025.

Rafaella Mesquita dished out 25 assists, and Yasmin Palma had six digs to add to the Jaguar effort.

Natayle Avila and Malia Burdett each had two kills, and Sharon Lopez recorded nine digs to lead the Zebra effort.

With the win, fourth-seeded Jackson Township moves on to face fifth-seeded J.P. Stevens in the quarterfinals of the CJ4 playoffs, while New Brunswick’s season comes to a close with a record of 9-16.
