Dina Bojkovic netted the winning PK to help give
Livingston the 3-1 shootout win over
Cherokee in the 2025 NJSIAA Girls Soccer Group 4 State Championship after finishing 100 minutes of play knotted at one. The win marked the Lancers’ first-ever girls soccer state crown.
Bojkovic also tallied a goal in regulation, with Emily Fernandes earning the assist for Livingston. Sherman was credited with 10 saves for the Lancers. Daisy Cheng and Olivia Hans netted Livingston’s other two penalty kick tallies.
Abbie Zubrzycki scored Cherokee’s regulation goal, and Riley Anderson made six saves in goal for the Chiefs.
Livingston finishes their season 20-3-1 while Cherokee ends their season 18-6-1.
