The Department of Defense says 46-year-old William Jerome Rivers of Willingboro has been identified as one of the three American service members killed in a drone attack at a U.S. base in Jordan.
Residents of a two-story apartment building in Passaic County were evacuated after part of the first floor collapsed into the basement. No injuries were reported. Officials say an investigation found a stress crack in the building.
