Michael’s office is just blocks from Ground Zero, and he is also a two-time 9/11 cancer survivor. As we approach 25 years since the attacks, Congress has taken action to address a $3 billion funding shortfall in the World Trade Center Health Program, but questions remain about long-term stability, staffing, and care for those still getting sick.
