The sons, daughters, spouses, friends, and neighbors who step up every day to care for loved ones. It’s a role filled with compassion, but also with challenges, emotional, financial, and often physical.

Joining us this morning is Crystal McDonald, Senior Associate State Director of Advocacy with AARP New Jersey, to talk about what family caregivers need, why their work matters so deeply, and how policymakers can better support them.
