Advocates Rally for Better Pay for New Jersey Home Care Nurses
On May 7, advocates gathered at the State House to urge lawmakers to increase Medicaid reimbursement rates by $4 an hour for home care nurses. Nancy Fitterer, President & CEO of the Home Care & Hospice Association of NJ, joined the event organized by Hearts for Home Care to highlight the urgent need to support nurses caring for medically fragile residents across New Jersey.
