Club Dream

April 13, 2026

For many children with disabilities, access to physical activity isn’t always easy, whether due to cost, limited programming, or physical barriers. But a unique partnership in New Jersey is changing that in a creative and inspiring way. Doctoral students from Rutgers School of Health Professions are teaming up with Club DREAMS in Ewing to bring adaptive programs like ballet and boxing to life for kids of all abilities. Beyond movement, these programs are building confidence, community, and real-world experience for future therapists.

Joining us now are Ashley Conklin along with student physical therapists Chance O’Neil, Emma Schneider, and Maame Afia Aboagyewaa-Sarfo to share more.
