E-bikes and e-scooters have become a popular way to get around, but a growing number of serious and sometimes deadly crashes are raising new concerns about safety. For Tram Huynh, what began as a fun ride while visiting the New York area ended with a severe ankle injury, surgery far from home, and ultimately an unexpected change in the direction of her life.
