Welcoming a new baby can be one of the most exciting, and overwhelming moments for any family. In New Jersey, there’s a growing effort to make sure no family has to navigate those early days alone.

Family Connects NJ is offering free, in-home visits from registered nurses to support families with newborns providing health screenings, guidance, and peace of mind right from the start. The program is already reaching families across most of the state, with plans to expand even further in the coming years.
