A new Jersey father is fighting to protect his parental rights. Christin Heaps is suing the Delaware Valley Regional High School Board of Education for socially transitioning his daughter–using male pronouns and a masculine name–without his knowledge or consent. Supported by 22 states and multiple parental rights advocates, Heaps is appealing a lower court ruling in a case that could set a significant precedent for parental rights nationwide.
