New Jersey is home to countless innovators, leaders, and changemakers, and one of them is with us this morning. Dr. Nikkia McClain, Founder and CEO of the Tene Nicole Agency and the movement Support Your Girlfriends, is dedicated to uplifting women, building community, and creating spaces where collaboration is the new currency.

She’s also the force behind The Pow(H)er Awards, an empowering celebration designed to honor women and allies who are committed to growth, mentorship, and sisterhood. As a proud Jersey native, Dr. McClain brings her passion for this state into everything she builds, working to inspire women to support each other and rise together.
