As we head into the holiday season, kids are spending even more time on screens–whether it’s gaming during school break, scrolling on new devices, or hunching over tablets in the back seat during holiday travel.
Doctors say this time of year can actually accelerate a growing health issue we’ve been talking about: spinal problems in children and teens, including what’s now known as “tech neck.”
