For people who are blind, a guide dog is an essential partner in navigating everyday life. Federal and New Jersey laws protect the right of people with guide and service dogs to access public places, but access barriers can still happen in the real world. Joining us is Karen Leies, President and CEO of The Seeing Eye, to talk about the challenges guide dog teams still face and what can be done to improve access.
