“Maycember” Stress

As the busy spring season ramps up across New Jersey, many families are feeling the pressure of packed schedules, late nights, graduations, sports, school events, and nonstop responsibilities, a stressful stretch some are now calling “Maycember.” Health experts say this time of year can leave people feeling physically exhausted, mentally drained, and struggling to recharge before summer even begins.
