Murray House, the state’s longest-running group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is moving into a brand-new, fully accessible location in Clifton.
It’s a home with a deeply rooted legacy, founded more than 50 years ago and named for Jimmie Murray, whose life inspired a movement toward compassionate, person-centered care across New Jersey.
Joining us now is Scott Milliken, CEO of Catholic Charities for the Diocese of Paterson, to talk about what this move means for the residents, the community, and the future of care for people with developmental disabilities.
