The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office says Jeffrey Jastrzembski has been arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter in connection to a 2023 fatal boating accident.
The former president of an Edison, New Jersey pharmacy has been sentenced. Elan Yaish pleaded guilty to participating in a $33 million prescription kickback scheme from 2017 to 2020 at apogee bio-pharm.
