The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office says they have dismissed a manslaughter charge against a 23-year-old East Windsor man accused last month of causing his father’s death during a physical assault.
Officials in Carneys Point say lawyers are getting too much of a proposed $393 million settlement over harmful chemicals that were dumped by a South Jersey industrial plant into the area. Now, the town has filed a motion to intervene in the case.
