News Update: NJ Beaches Get a Downgrade

Atlantic County investigators are hoping to identify a homicide victim nearly 40 years later. The remains were found in a Mullica Township swamp and may be daughter of a deceased local businessman.

The Surfrider Foundation has downgraded New Jersey from a ‘D’ on last year’s report to an ‘F’ on this year’s State of the Beach. The report says the Garden State relies too much on Beach Replenishment Projects to deal with Beach Erosion.
