By Kaitlyn Giordano

Authorities say two teenagers have been arrested for allegedly carjacking a delivery driver in Atlantic City. Police say the 35-year-old victim was taken to the hospital for minor injuries during the assault and theft of his vehicle.

Officials say an animal complaint in Galloway Township led to the arrest of a Wildwood Crest man for animal cruelty charges. Police say during their investigation they found a dead dog on the property, and 25 dogs and one cat living in “poor conditions with insufficient access to food and water.”
