New Jersey Ballet has been a cornerstone of the state’s cultural landscape for more than 67 years, bringing world-class dance to audiences across the region. Under the artistic direction of former New York City Ballet principal dancer Maria Kowroski, the company continues to evolve while honoring its rich tradition. This spring, New Jersey Ballet returns to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark with a powerful new program highlighting the next generation of choreographic talent. The performance, titled “New Voices. Bold Visions,” showcases emerging artists who are helping shape the future of ballet. Joining us now is Artistic Director Maria Kowroski.
