NJ Family Leave

Taking time away from work to care for a new child, a loved one with a serious illness, or another family member can be challenging enough without worrying about job security. New Jersey recently expanded protections under its family leave laws, making more workers eligible for job-protected leave. Joining us now is Yarrow Willman-Cole, Workplace Justice Program Director, to explain what these changes mean for workers and caregivers across the state.
