Nearly 800 free World Cup tickets will be given to first responders, pediatric patients and youth soccer players from underserved communities in New Jersey. The tickets come courtesy of partnerships involving Hackensack Meridian Health, Uber and the World Cup Host Committee.
Starting this summer, East Orange students will have chance to earn college credit before graduating high school. The school district has teamed up with Essex County College to launch a dual enrollment program. 50 students are expected to take part.
