The 16-year-old boy who was found fatally shot at a home on Thorn Street in Camden has been identified as Xyere Brooks. Brooks was a high school sophomore and standout football player.

A Philadelphia man was arrested for trying to meet a 12-year-old girl at a Bordentown hotel for sex. 60-year-old Brian Drelich was actually speaking with an undercover detective, posing as the girl’s mother. He faces several charges.

The Manchester Township High School National Honor Society traveled to Monroe Township to donate nearly $1,900 to Make-A-Wish New Jersey. They raised the money during fundraisers throughout the spring semester.

Delbarton honored six seniors with the school’s most distinguished awards, recognizing strength of character, leadership, resilience and service. Each student received a plaque, and their names will be displayed in the Student Commons in Trinity Hall.
