Players and parents are pushing for a Middle School baseball team in Hillsborough. The topic was brought up during a recent Board of Education meeting. No decision has been reached yet.

On Wednesday, September 30th, Bronx music icon Judy Torres will be at Barnes & Noble on Route 17 in Paramus, to sign copies of her new memoir, No Reason to Cry. The event begins at 6:30pm. 

Loew’s Jersey Theatre in Jersey City will celebrate its grand reopening on Friday, November 13th and Saturday the 14th, following a massive renovation. Performances will include the Trey Anastasio Band and The War on Drugs.

Congratulations to Rita Butts Stephens. She was appointed to the Essex County College Board of Trustees by county executive Joe DiVincenzo.
