Inserra Supermarkets hosted the grand opening of the new ShopRite of Edgewater Commons on River Road. The store will have several departments, inlcuding a Patsy’s Butcher Shop, Fresh Bakery Shop and Sushi Bar. The Millburn Deli held a soft opening to honor first responders at their new location in Westwood. You can check out the famous sandwich shop at 301 Center Avenue. The street outside Fire Station #2 in Union was officially dedicated as John Holmes Way, in memory the department’s lead mechanic who passed away in 2025. Holmes held the position from 1999 until his passing. Seoul’d Out recently celebrated its grand opening at 951 Main Street in Paterson. The restaurant specializes in Korean Fried Chicken and Bubble Tea.
