Two people were seriously injured after a man set fire to a home on Prospect Street in Perth Amboy. Five people were in the house at the time of the incident, including a two-month-old. The 46-year-old suspect faces several charges, including attempted murder.

A Newark man, who was a gang member in Jersey City, was sentenced to life in prison for racketeering, murder and drug offenses. 31-year-old Myron Williams was convicted last year.

Kean University welcomed online students to campus for ‘Onboard with Kean Global’. Those in attendance received personalized support with course registration, and connected with key campus services, like Financial Aid, IT, Student Accounting and the Kean Bookstore.
