Rutgers University Police are investigating a burglary that happened at SHI Stadium, the school’s football venue in Piscataway. The suspects stole valuables after using a tool to gain access to a secured area.

A Lower Township man was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a minor. 52-year-old Eric Hazel was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center.

Hudson County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Richard Garcia has passed away. Garcia, who also served with the Fairfield Police Department, had been battling health issues related to September 11th.

Graduating seniors in Millville returned to Holly Heights Elementary, for a reunion with their 5th grade teacher, Mrs. Green, to dig up a time capsule they buried in 2018. Inside were students’ mementos and letters they wrote to their future selves.
