A Texas man was sentenced to 26 months in prison for making threats to a Sikh  organization based in Burlington County. Authorities say the 49-year-old left them several hateful voicemails back in 2022. He pleaded guilty earlier this year.

New Jersey Supreme Court Judge Robert LePore, who served part-time in Point Pleasant Beach, was suspended for two months without pay. A state ethics panel found he was supporting political candidates and local business on social media, questioning his impartiality.

Matthew Sage has been confirmed as an Ocean Vicinage Superior Court judge. The oath was administered by Assignment Judge Francis Hodgson, with Sage’s family by his side.

The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey has appointed Duncan Harrison Jr. as its new Chief Advancement Officer. Harrison most recently served as the Assistant Director of Regional Affairs at Princeton University.
