A new chapter unfolded at one of New Jersey’s most iconic arts destinations as Paper Mill Playhouse expanded its experience beyond the stage with the grand opening of the newly reimagined F.M. Kirby Carriage House Restaurant and Event Space. For the first time, the venue welcomed the public five days a week, offering a blend of elevated dining, craft cocktails, and immersive entertainment ranging from live piano nights to interactive murder mystery dinners.

The launch marked part of a broader vision to transform Paper Mill into a year-round destination where theater, food, and community came together under one roof.
