If you’ve ever stood in line for one of Somedays Bakery’s croissants, you already know, this is not your average bake shop. Known for premium pastries, La Colombe coffee, and inventive, made-from-scratch creations, Somedays has just launched its brand-new fall menu, featuring more than 20 seasonal items now available at all four locations: Astoria, Long Island City, Bayside, and right here in Montclair.
The bakery, led by CEO Erick Larios, has earned a reputation for blending classic French technique with bold, creative flavors–from their viral almond croissants to some pretty wild holiday twists. And with Thanksgiving around the corner, the team is planning something extra special.
