For someone living with a spinal cord injury, leaving rehabilitation is not the end of the journey, it can be the beginning of a whole new set of challenges. The Kessler Foundation’s SCI Navigator Program is helping individuals and caregivers manage that transition and work toward greater independence at home. Joining us is Dr. Denise C. She studied Film and Television at Montclair State University, where she produced everything from San Francisco: On the Edge to the award-winning Arizona Stories: Border, Water and Politics.
