For more than 3,000 years, the ancient Greek idea of Areté has meant striving to be the best version of yourself. Now the New Jersey Hall of Fame is using that idea to help the state’s high school seniors reach their dreams. Applications for the 2027 Areté Scholarship opened October 1st. This year’s class of six winners came from across New Jersey, from Hoboken to Freehold Township. Joining us now is Alexandra Genova, Director of Educational Programs at the New Jersey Hall of Fame.
