The holiday season is in full swing, and one of New Jersey’s most beloved traditions is returning to the stage. New Jersey Ballet is once again presenting The Nutcracker with live accompaniment by the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra at the Mayo Performing Arts Center. The production runs from December 12th through the 27th, bringing Tchaikovsky’s classic score and the timeless story to life for families across the region. Artistic Director of New Jersey Ballet, Maria Kowroski joins the show to share what audiences can expect from this year’s Nutcracker, how the collaboration with the New Jersey Symphony enhances the magic on stage, and why this ballet continues to captivate new generations.
