Officials are investigating, after two people were found dead at a home on 14th Street in Fort Lee. First responders were called to the scene to conduct a welfare check.

Two people from New York City have filed a lawsuit against American Dream, claiming they were wrongly arrested for shoplifting back in 2023. The pair also says officers used excessive force.

After serving the community for 25 years, Sergeant James Moore is retiring. The Robbinsville Township Police Department honored Moore with a ceremonial walk-out. As part of the event, he was given a “Key to the City” and took his final radio call. 

Community members in Asbury Park joined forces with Tobacco-Free for Healthy New Jersey, to remind beachgoers that smoking of any kind is prohibited on all public beaches. To get the message across, a 20-foot inflatable cigarette was put up in Bradley Park, off Ocean Avenue.
