Gotham FC has signed Florida State University forward and U.S. youth international Jordynn Dudley to a multi-year contract through 2028, the club announced Monday.

Dudley joins Gotham after one of the most decorated collegiate careers in Florida State history. In 53 matches with the Seminoles, she recorded 30 goals and 29 assists, helping the program capture two NCAA national championships while earning three United Soccer Coaches All-American selections.

“I am so excited to join a championship-caliber organization like Gotham FC with a history of success,” Dudley said. “I know this environment will push my development every day, and I can’t wait to compete alongside this incredible team. Thank you to Yael Averbuch West, Juan Carlos Amorós and everyone at Gotham for this opportunity. Let’s go Gotham!”

The 21-year-old capped her collegiate career in 2025 by starting all 22 matches and producing 11 goals and 14 assists, including three game-winning goals. Dudley posted a 13-game point streak during the season and delivered several standout performances in the NCAA Tournament against top-ranked opponents. Her junior campaign earned her All-ACC First Team honors, a spot as a MAC Hermann Trophy finalist and recognition as a finalist for TopDrawerSoccer National Player of the Year.

“Jordynn is a dynamic attacker who has shown the ability to impact games at a very high level,” said Yael Averbuch West, Gotham FC’s general manager and head of soccer operations. “We’re excited to add her to our attacking group and look forward to supporting her continued growth as a professional player.”

Dudley made an immediate impact during her freshman season in 2023, finishing with 14 goals and nine assists, totals that ranked second-most by a freshman in school history. She scored the opening goal in the NCAA Championship against Stanford and added an assist as Florida State claimed the national title. That season, Dudley was named ACC Freshman of the Year and NCAA Tournament Offensive Most Outstanding Player.

Across three collegiate seasons, Dudley was a three-time All-ACC First Team selection and a MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist each year. She also earned All-ACC Tournament Team honors twice and was consistently recognized among the nation’s top attacking players.

At the international level, Dudley has represented the United States with the U-20 Women’s National Team, including at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, where she helped the U.S. finish third. She made five appearances and two starts, scoring twice, highlighted by a 98th-minute goal against Germany in the quarterfinals. Dudley also scored an extra-time winner against Mexico in the Round of 16. Earlier in 2024, she received her first U.S. Women’s National Team call-up with an invitation to head coach Emma Hayes’ futures camp.

Dudley joins Gotham FC with a championship pedigree and a proven record of production at both the collegiate and international levels as she begins her professional career. She will wear No. 29 for the Bats.
