IMAGES: BlueClaws Score Six in Sixth To Top Hudson Valley on Star Wars Night

The Force was strong with the BlueClaws as Jersey Shore (Philadelphia, Advanced-A) used a six-run sixth inning to defeat the Hudson Valley Renegades (New York Yankees, Advanced-A), 9-3, on Star Wars Night at ShoreTown Ballpark on July 18, 2025.

Jordan Dissin went 2-2 at the plate with a walk, three RBIs, and two runs scored to lead the Jersey Shore offense.  Aroon Escobar also had a productive night at the plate, notching a two-run triple in the BlueClaws’ six-run sixth to go along with a sacrifice fly and two runs scored himself.

Gabriel Barbosa got the start on the mound for Jersey Shore.  He completed five innings of work, striking out two while surrendering no hits and no runs in the winning effort.
