IMAGES: No. 3 Cherokee Blanks No. 8 Westfield for Group 4 Baseball State Title

Brett Jackson went 3-3 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Henry Radbill went 2-3 with a home run and two RBIs to lead No. 3 Cherokee’s offensive charge in a 6-0 win over No. 8 Westfield in the 2025 NJSIAA Baseball Group 4 Championship game.  Brett Gable pitched 5.1 innings for the Chiefs, scattering five hits and striking out nine to earn the win.

Jake Alfano, Anthony Bulger, Aaron Ives, Charlie McCormack, and Braedan Trajkovski each had a hit for the Blue Devils.  Grant Como started on the hill for Westfield and went 5.2 innings, surrendering only two earned runs as the Blue Devil defense committed three errors in the loss.
