Burlington Township jumped out to a 22-7 lead after the first quarter and led at the half 22-14, but the Passaic Tech offense found its footing in the second half to top the Falcons 49-36 in the second game of the 2026 Jim Grasso Classic at Northern Highlands High School.

Colin Hietanen and Randy Lewis led the Bulldog offense. Hietanen completed 19 of 27 passes for 237 yards and two touchdowns, and had only one interception, while Lewis carried the ball 23 times for 132 yards and two TDs. Tyson Watkins was Hietanen’s favorite target. He hauled in six catches for 93 yards and a score for PCTI.

Aiden Binns scored two touchdowns for Burlington Township, with one coming on a 70-yard kickoff return and the other coming on a 70-yard run. Julian Lattimore and Jordan Alicea also scored for the Falcons. Lattimore caught a 40-yard TD pass from Bryce Carter, and Alicea had a 35-yard pick-six.

Passaic Tech and Burlington Township continue their seasons next Friday. The Bulldogs will host Shabazz, while the Falcons will welcome Cherokee.
