This video was taken Monday night in Jefferson Township by an ONNJ staff member. This is not a spy balloon, it’s actually Starlink satellites, which are used to provide Internet access to 48 different countries from space. Starlink is owned by SpaceX, and aims to provide global mobile phone service by the end of this year.
