Under Robert’s leadership, Community Options has grown into one of New Jersey’s largest nonprofit organizations and is now recognized as the nation’s largest nonprofit exclusively serving this community. Robert shares his leadership journey, his work shaping statewide policy through the Governor-elect’s task force, and the lifelong commitment to advocacy reflected in his 2025 book, Silent No Longer: Advancing the Fight for Disability Rights.
