New Jersey’s Workforce Landscape W/ Tom Bergeron
Today Ken is taking a closer look at workforce development in New Jersey from two very different but connected angles. On one end, we’re seeing major investment in skilled trades and apprenticeships, with union training programs helping build the next generation of workers. On the other end, organizations are rethinking what it means to build an age-friendly workforce and keep experienced workers engaged and valued. Tom Bergeron, editor of BINJE, joins the show to break down what he’s been seeing across New Jersey’s workforce landscape.
