Backyard barbecues have long been a cherished American tradition. However, in recent years, there has been a shift in the food culture. According to a new survey from Yale Climate Connections, about a third of adults in the U.S. are trying to eat less meat.
On New Jersey’s Lisa Marie Falbo caught up with Chef Marcus Samuelsson who, in partnership with Cox Farms has curated some delicious plant-based options to make sure no one feels “left out at the cookout!.”
