A Brick Township woman was arrested for allegedly stabbing her two-year-old brother. Officers arrived at a home on Burke Lane and found the child suffering from a wound to the chest. 20-year-old Marlene Rodriguez faces a charge of attempted murder.
Early voting in New Jersey has officially ended, as of 6 o’clock last night. If you haven’t done so already, be sure to cast your vote at the polls tomorrow.
The gubernatorial candidates were busy over the weekend. Jack Ciattarelli took part in early voting. Meanwhile, Mikie Sherrill held a campaign rally in Newark, with appearances from big-name democrats, like Senator Cory Booker and Former President Barack Obama. Sherrill is expected to vote on Election Day
Congratulations to New Jersey Devils organist Pete Cannarozzi, who just played his 1,000th NHL game. Cannarozzi joined the team in 2001 and has only missed six games during his tenure.
