The Unites States Army is investigating, after a soldier from Florence died while doing training exercises in Gerrnany. According to a statement, 34-year-old Sergeant Terell Seales, a motor transport operator, was killed in a vehicle accident. A Mountainside man faces several charges following a standoff with police. 48-year-old Tom Ronckovitz barricaded himself at a home on Bridal path and fired at officers after several hours. Michael Kearney, the longtime boys basketball coach at Donovan Catholic High School in Toms River, is one of six honorees getting inducted into the school’s hall of fame this Saturday. Kearney was also previously inducted as a student-athlete. Congratulations to the Randolph High School Girls’ Volleyball Team on their first-ever Morris County Tournament Championship. The Rams defeated Morris Hills in the finals, at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
