The Morris/Sussex Vicinage held a portrait dedication for retired Superior Court Judge David Ironson, who retired from the bench in 2025. It will be displayed in his former courtroom at the Administration and Records Building in Morristown.

On Saturday, the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark hosted the funeral Mass for former Governor Richard Codey. New Jersey State Troopers carried his casket, a tribute to his decades of public service.
