Sneaker culture has long been about more than just fashion, for many, it’s also about community and giving back. Now, a new event in Jersey City is bringing that spirit of style and philanthropy together for a great cause.

The inaugural Sneaker Gala will take place this April, encouraging guests to pair formal attire with their favorite sneakers, all while raising funds to support pediatric programs at Jersey City Medical Center. The event is the latest initiative from the Sneakerroom Foundation, which has already raised more than a million dollars for community causes.
